The cottages are cavity brick built, just like home, set around a small courtyard with a small patio at one end.They can accommodate from two to five people and most have two bedrooms, lounge/kitchen and shower room with W.C. and shaver points. Electricity is by £1 meter.

Facilities include full-sized electric cooker, refrigerator, electric fires/night storage heater and colour TV. Quilts, pillows, bed linen, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. All you need to bring are your towels.

The accommodation is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Keys from the farm shop. Guests are asked to vacate their cottage by 10:30 a.m. on the Saturday of leaving.

Oak Cottage is set in the corner of the courtyard and has a lounge/diner/kitchen, two bedrooms – one double and a twin room with built-in 2ft. 6ins. Cabin beds. There is also a shower room.

Elm Cottage - Sleeps 4

Elm Cottage is in the centre of three cottages and has a lounge/diner/kitchen, , two bedrooms – one double and a twin room with built-in 2ft. 6ins. Cabin beds. There is also a shower room.

Ash Cottage - Sleeps 2

This is the smallest of our properties set on the end of three cottages. It has a lounge/diner/kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room.

Pine Cottage - Sleeps 4/5

Pine Cottage is on the end of another set of three properties. It has a lounge/diner/kitchen with two bedrooms. There is a double and a twin room. The beds in the twin room can be made into bunks and a single bed added. There is a shower room.

Beech Cottage - Sleeps 4

Beech cottage is in the middle and has a lounge/diner/kitchen with two bedrooms, one double and one full-sized bunkroom, and a shower room.

Birch Cottage - Sleeps 4/5

Birch Cottage is on the other end of the three properties and has a lounge/diner/kitchen and a shower room. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The twin beds can be made into bunks and a single bed added if required.

Poplar Cottage - Sleeps 4

Poplar Cottage adjoins Sycamore Cottage and has a lounge/diner/kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one full-sized bunkroom and a shower room.
